Lemon Blueberry Champagne Punch

Summer is right around the corner. Casey & I decided to create a lemony fruit drink to welcome in the warmer weather. This Lemon Blueberry Champagne Punch is so refreshing and a very attractive addition to any table.

Whenever, we visit the Renault Winery, in Egg Harbor City, NJ, one of us is sure to purchase a bottle of their Blueberry Champagne. The winery serves a delicious Blueberry Champagne Punch at their Sunday Brunch, but I have to say that ours is actually better. We decided to pair it up with.....what goes great with blueberries.....lemon, of course. What a great combo. You can also add sliced strawberries if you want a Red, White & Blue theme for the 4th of July.

Lemon Blueberry Champagne Punch

  • 1 chilled bottle of Blueberry Champagne*
  • 1 - 12 oz can of Ginger Ale
  • 1 quart of Lemon Sorbet
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Pour Champagne into a small punch bowl. Add Ginger Ale. Spoon 1/2 quart of Lemon Sorbet into the bowl. Stir lightly. Fill each stem glass with punch , add 1 tbs blueberries and top with an extra tablespoon of lemon sorbet. Garnish with a lemon slice.

*If you can't find Blueberry Champagne, I'm sure any Champagne will work just fine.
