Casey's Crab Dip

My son Mike's girlfriend, Casey, is a great little cook . She's always bringing over a home-made goody for us to try. Casey has started a little tradition of her own. Knowing how much, we all enjoy appetizers,(and eating in general) she makes this delicious crab dip to add to our table. She claims that it's easy to make. I'll be honest with you, I've never made it. I'm not one of those Italian mothers who tries to outshine and claims to do it better. It's just perfect the way she makes it..........and it's something that I don't have to do. Love it, Love it, Love it!!!!

Casey's Crab Dip

  • 1- 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 -6 oz can crab meat, flaked and drained
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Mix the ingredients together and pour into a small baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until bubbly. Serve with crackers, pita crisps, or thin slices of toasted Italian bread. Delish!!!!

*You'd better hold on to her Mike, she's pretty, smart, funny, has a great personality and ..........she can cook!!!!
