Cream Cheese and Hot Pepper Jelly Spread

This is one delicious no-brainer. It's a non-recipe recipe. There is nothing to heat or chill. If you can open a jar and unwrap cream cheese and crackers, that's it.....you're done!

I like to use Trader Horn's Hot Pepper Jelly. It's got a little kick but it's not over the top. Keep these three ingredients on hand for unexpected guests. This dip is always a big hit at parties and gatherings so give it a try and see how your guests react.

Cream Cheese and Hot Pepper Jelly Spread
One 8 oz bar of cream cheese
1 small jar of Hot Pepper Jelly
2-3 sleeves of Ritz crackers

Place a bowl just big enough to accommodate a single block of cream cheese (with a little wiggle room around it) on top of a pretty serving tray. Loosen up the hot pepper jelly by vigorously stirring it. Slowly pour it over the top of the cream cheese letting it pool around the block of cream cheese. Lay out Ritz crackers on the outer tray and watch how fast this dish disappears!
