Both sides of the family were unbelievable cooks. Believe me, it wasn't easy. I think I was married about five years before I had the nerve to invite any of them to dinner.
Pop's Macaroni Salad
- 1 lb of elbow pasta, cooked and chilled
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 2-3 ribs of celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 can of tuna, drained & flaked
- 1 cup medium shrimp, cooked and cleaned
- 1 cup mayo
- salt & pepper to taste
